Direct execution of influx cannot connect to the database.

I am a newbie, I try to start influxdb locally and then use influx to connect to the local influxdb to execute some simple commands, I successfully start influxdb, but I don't know how to use the client to connect to the database (it is wrong to execute influx directly according to other manuals).

Review the local InfluxDB startup and client-connection steps described in issue #422, including the attached screenshots. Confirm the supported client invocation and connection procedure; done when a new user can connect to a locally started database and run a simple command.
