Use the telegraf operator from InfluxCommunity

The telegraf-operator being used in this helm chart is still pointing to this archived repository - https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf-operator

Instead the helm chart should refer to the telegraf operator in InfluxCommunity which is still being maintained - https://github.com/InfluxCommunity/telegraf-operator

Start in charts/telegraf-operator/Chart.yaml and inspect the current telegraf-operator repository reference. Update the chart to use the maintained InfluxCommunity repository, then validate that the chart metadata still points to the intended operator. Done means the chart no longer references the archived influxdata repository.
