Return back bar chart from InfluxBX 1.x

Since new version InfluxDB 2.x is coming we extremly feeling that new version does not have our favorite bar charts.
Let's I try to prof about using bar charts. Since you have time about some loading system process you may measure
overload by space between bars and dig more deep about reasons.

There you can say you may use time deviation but actually peoplle was not do additional work and avoid to make extra charts.
