Description
Writing tests in Giraffe has been quite difficult due to TypeScript being very specific about what is expected to be passed into components.
A set of common fixtures would greatly help with this. Example:
```ts
import {SampleRectLayerProps} from './fixtures'
// ...
render()
```

Research direction
Start by locating the existing Giraffe component tests and the fixtures module referenced in the issue. Review the TypeScript props required by RectLayer and the proposed SampleRectLayerProps shape. Done means tests can import common fixtures and render components without repeatedly constructing verbose props.
