Description
We have documentation around tools that perform administrative tasks in InfluxDB, but we don't have any task-based documentation for using those tools. We likely need to create a new top-level administration sections with guides for things like the following:
- [ ] Manage the series file
- [ ] Compact the series file
- [ ] Verify the integrity of the series file
- [x] Manage TSI index
- [x] Rebuild the TSI index and series file
- [x] Export TSI index data
- [x] Report the cardinality of TSI files
- [x] Output low level TSI information
- [ ] Manage TSM data
- [ ] Run TSM report
- [ ] Check the consistency of TSM files
- [ ] Output TSM data from WAL files
- [ ] Export block data
- [ ] Check for corrupt WAL files
- [x] Logging (server, query, etc.)
- [ ] Recovery (Operator token recover in 2.1+)
