Description

It's not immediately apparent that you can customize the timestamps in the sample data. When sample data timestamps are customizable, there's a clock icon in the bottom right corner of the docs that lets you select a day and it updates the timestamps to that day.

Research direction

Review the sample data documentation and the existing timestamp customization behavior described in this issue, then inspect related issue #6424 and the original discussion in #635. Done means users can discover the timestamp day selector near customizable sample data without relying on the bottom-right clock icon alone.
