Write error not mentioned in the doc

The following is an issue that Serverless Developer Jason Bloggs reported in [community slack channel](https://influxcommunity.slack.com/archives/CH7C56X4Z/p1743989588868299) about error message not found in the [developer documentation](https://docs.influxdata.com/influxdb3/cloud-serverless/admin/billing/limits/#error-messages-when-exceeding-quotas-or-limits).

Hi all, been trialing Influxdb-v3 cloud serverless and just today we started to see this error:
**dml handler error: rejected write: system overloaded - reduce write rate (some resource has been exhausted)**

What are the write limits on Influxdb-v3 cloud serverless? We haven't had any issue until this morning and the same workload has been running for weeks now.

Verify whether the reported “system overloaded - reduce write rate” message and the applicable InfluxDB Cloud Serverless write limits are documented. Done means the page explains the error and states the relevant limits clearly.
