Research direction

Start with the prefect-alert documentation and the InfluxDB v3 Python client materials linked in the issue. Determine where documentation for Prefect and InfluxDB 3.0 belongs in docs-v2, then add usage guidance covering the requested integration; the work is done when a reader can follow the documented setup and alerting workflow.
