Description
The availability of Cloud2 regions has changed following the launch of IOx on 31 Jan.
I believe the new behaviour is:
- Direct signups are able to create an org in AWS regions only
- GCP marketplace subscriptions can create AWS or GCP orgs
- Azure should be able to create in Azure or AWS
