API: fix code sample

Remove command prompt and separate command from example output.

Locate the API code sample referenced by issue 4432 in the documentation and inspect its current command and output formatting. Separate the command from the example output and remove the command prompt; confirm the sample is easier to distinguish, while checking the question about the displayed 49 and 50 values if the surrounding context is available.
