Enrich existing OSS (edge) to Cloud replication guide

We need to update the existing [replications guide](https://docs.influxdata.com/influxdb/cloud/write-data/replication/) that walks through setting up the replication streams. We should add the following:

Clarify all the different ways you can use replication streams:

- Edge (2.2+) to Cloud
- Edge (2.2+) to Enterprise
- Edge (2.2+) to central OSS (1.x or 2.x)

Have examples of the following:
- Replicate raw data
- Replicate downsampled data
- Custom tag and replicate data
