Description
In [Upgrade from InfluxDB 1.x to InfluxDB Cloud](https://docs.influxdata.com/influxdb/cloud/upgrade/v1-to-cloud/), do the following:
- Clarify distinctions between authorization between OSS 1.x and Cloud. Add keywords for "Role-based access control" "RBAC" "FGA" etc to Cloud security where appropriate docs.
- Clarify how to convert from Kapacitor scripts or events (downsampling, alerts) to Flux tasks
