Description
A user was trying to create a custom PagerDuty task and ran into many issues along the way. They've captured their final task script along with comments addressing issues they ran into in this gist: https://gist.github.com/danhallin/6ddeb34cbbe61f5add5353a7da23d8d6
We need to review the comments in the gist and update all the associated documentation.
