Description
Review doc and revise as needed to clearly distinguish between incremental backups in Enterprise (capturing only the differences, value = much faster) and the OSS documentation of “incremental”.

see arguments under (#configuring-remote-connections):
[ -since ]: Perform an incremental backup after the specified timestamp RFC3339 format. Use -start instead, unless needed for legacy backup support.
