Request from @ssoroka:
- Add clear instructions on how to structure the data for a histogram.
- Add content to address histogram questions on stack overflow and InfluxData forums.
- Show data format examples of pre-bucketed and dynamically-bucketed histograms, with Flux queries and example dashboards.
- Provide content to answer "I want this in a histogram, but I don't know how to write that out as metrics".
