toml project commits modify the generated output

Hi!

First of all, sorry for misusing the config repo issue tracker for the toml repo, but the latter has it disabled, and I don't really know how else to report that. :( I'll gladly move this there if/when it gets enabled.

The toml project contains several commits that modify the generated peg output, instead of modifying the sources, which is quite problematic for distributions such as Debian. (Of course ideally there would be no need for such fork, but it seems several of the submitted patches to the naoina upstream have not been merged so meh.)
