Does Chronograf support exporting InfluxDB dashboards to Grafana?

I'm currently using Chronograf to monitor various metrics in InfluxDB. I'd like to know if Chronograf's InfluxDB dashboard can be exported to Grafana. I've used the export function on the page, but unfortunately, it doesn't work in Grafana. I'd like to know if there's a conversion tool that can export Chronograf's dashboard JSON file to a JSON format acceptable to Grafana, or if Chronograf supports page embedding.
