Prebuild SmartModule examples w/ params

The requirement for a Rust development environment is kind of heavy, so a new user needs motivation to set that up.

The goal is to reduce the amount of commitment from users in order to experiment with SmartModules.

In theory, if a user already runs their own cluster, or uses [Cloud](https://infinyon.cloud/), they will be more likely to use SmartModules if it is easy to do so.

We have the features to provide a "Try Before Buy" workflow with SmartModule params. So the benefits of SmartModules can less little effort on the user while they build a mental model for how SmartModules work for their use-case.

When the example SmartModules no longer fit their needs, then there's sufficient motivation to build your own.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; start by inspecting the repository's SmartModule examples and how parameter support is currently exposed. Define the prebuilt workflow for users with an existing cluster or Cloud access, and consider the work done when they can experiment with the examples without setting up a Rust development environment.
