Log streaming

Here are some thoughts about improvements of Reactotron. I would love to hear what you think about it.

**Start/stop packager**
Add the ability to start/stop/restart packager from a project. Also being able to choose port to run the packager on.

**More logs**
- Add a section to see the packager logs. And keep the "Timeline" with the app logs.
- Get output from `react-native log-android` and `react-native log-ios`.

Review the existing Reactotron project and its Timeline, then determine how packager controls and logging are currently organized. Done would cover starting, stopping, and restarting the packager with a selectable port, separating packager logs from app logs, and displaying output from react-native log-android and react-native log-ios.
