React Native 0.64 - Unable to connect but storybook switcher works fine

I created a [new project](https://github.com/akiwarheit/scaling-disco/blob/main/src/debug/index.tsx) recently and am struggling to try to get tron to connect.

The storybook switcher, however [works fine](https://github.com/akiwarheit/scaling-disco/blob/main/App.tsx).

Start by comparing the setup in src/debug/index.tsx with App.tsx, especially the React Native 0.64 project configuration and reactotron-react-native 5.0.0 usage. Reproduce the connection failure in the linked sample project and use the working storybook switcher as a comparison; done means the React Native app connects to Reactotron while the existing switcher still works.
