### Describe your problem

Can the knowledge base be copied?
Usually, I need to make minor adjustments based on a certain knowledge base, but I also want to keep its original version.

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. First clarify what copying must preserve and how the original and copy should differ, then locate the knowledge-base management entry point; done means a user can copy a knowledge base while retaining an unchanged original.
