Description

The latest zstandard version on conda-forge (and anaconda) is 0.19.

There is a 0.21 pull request, but there appears to be a zstd mismatch error:

https://github.com/conda-forge/zstandard-feedstock/pull/49

That is from back in June, so it is not clear that anyone is working on that.

Research direction

Start with conda-forge/zstandard-feedstock#49 and inspect the reported zstd mismatch to confirm what is blocking the 0.21 feedstock update. Done means the feedstock builds and publishes zstandard 0.21 for conda-forge and Anaconda.
