Broken?

Hi. Did the most recent version of this project ever compile, and if so, with which version of the Rust compiler? I compiled verions 0.7, 0.8 and 0.9 of the Rust compiler, as this project appears to have been written somewhere around that time, but it's errors all over the place.

I'm fairly unfamiliar with Rust, but interested in a standalone implementation of a linear-scan register allocator and there are not that many of them out there.
