Make a way to access the calendar from Jinja expansion

This would mean markup cache keys would need to involve the latest modification of the calendar, which means we need to keep track of the latest modification dates of calendar entries.

I'm trying to come up with a design that encompasses @lukeolson's generation script to do stuff like this:
