Description
### This is a feature request
It'd be nice to have an instance under the several Page classes storing "instructor_note" that is only visible to instructors.
This will be useful to document the record when hw / quiz was used, students' feedback or future improvements. It will also help clean up the historical `#FIXME` comment.
