Description
When?
- If using (tensor product) Gauss-Legendre points,
- or if using Lobatto-Gauss-Legendre points with permission to lump (#348).
Places where this is relevant:
- [ ] application of the mass operator
- [ ] application of the face mass operator
This is related to #343, but for the forward operators.
