On tokens page, "Retrieve Information" on a manually created token deletes name and icon

Hi @dshanske! I clicked the Retrieve Information link on a token on the tokens page that I'd manually created, and it evidently deleted the token's name and icon. That token now shows a blank name and "None" for the icon. I'm guessing it should be a noop on manual tokens? Maybe the link shouldn't even show up?

Start on the tokens page and reproduce the issue with a manually created token by selecting “Retrieve Information.” Inspect that flow’s handling of manual tokens; done means the action no longer removes the token’s name or icon, with the link behavior matching the intended handling for manual tokens.
