Add Additional Hooks into Plugin

In 4.4.1, I added hooks for when a ticket is redeemed, and when a ticket is received, for the purpose of adding notifications.

Want to consider what else may need a hook to trigger optional additional events, logs, or notiifcations.

Start by reviewing the existing hooks added in version 4.4.1 for ticket redemption and receipt, then trace where those events are handled in the plugin. The issue does not name files, tests, or a fixed set of additional hooks; completion would require agreeing on the extension points and expected optional events, logs, or notifications.
