Description

It may be too much of a burden to require that clients are responsible for image resizing themselves. There has been some discussion about this [in IRC](https://chat.indieweb.org/dev/2017-11-22#t1511397808146000) as well as [on GitHub](https://github.com/cleverdevil/together/issues/11).

Research direction

Start by reading the linked IRC discussion and GitHub issue #11 to recover the context around client responsibility for image resizing. The issue names no files, tests, or acceptance criteria, so the expected specification behavior and definition of done must be established before implementation.
