Description
I want the conference event to start with a "call for papers" directly without a "call for abstracts". I searched the indico documentation and the internet as well to find a way to make the conference start with a call for papers without the abstract but unfortunately, I didn't find anything that can help me to set that and there are no other places to ask this question except on GitHub.
Is there any way to do that without modifying the source code?
Thank you in advance

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by checking the Indico documentation and the event workflow configuration for call-for-papers options; done means determining whether a direct call for papers without abstracts is supported, and documenting the configuration or defining the required feature scope.
