Verification of selected papers before issuing a bulk judgement

As the conference chair of a large conference like CHEP I need to use the bulk judgement interface in Indico. However, as the number of papers for my conference is huge, it fills many pages in my browser making it difficult to know which abstracts I have selected to issue a judgement on. This can lead to errors when perhaps abstracts are selected in error or omitted by mistake. Mistakes can be very serious as authors receive judgements that then have to be rescinded.

The current system only tells me how many abstracts I have acted on post facto, which is too late, if I made a selection error.

What I would like is that the judgement panel contains:

- the number of abstracts selected
- the abstract IDs selected

before I finally commit to judging. This allows me to make a cross check against the evaluation of the track convenors.

Start from the Indico bulk judgement interface and the judgement panel described in the issue, using the attached screenshot to locate the relevant selection and confirmation flow. Verify how selected abstracts are represented, then make the pre-commit panel show the selected count and abstract IDs so the chair can cross-check them before issuing the judgement.
