On completed action on outlet (object created/updated) refresh the list which called the outlet

Scenario:

Go to institutions list > select an institution > go to covers list > edit or create a new cover.

After creating/editing a cover, the list of covers should be updated.

No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the institutions-to-covers navigation and the outlet action used to create or edit a cover; the work is done when returning from either action causes the originating covers list to show the new or updated cover.
