Attribute field notes

> I just filled out the basic character overview for one of my characters. I think it'd be nice to have a spot for their name separate from any notes about their name. "Wendy Jane Phillips. Last name will become Sullivan after marriage. Known aliases are: blah blah blah" is a lot to stuff up into the header for the character.

We should add the ability to add comments to any attribute field so users can add/edit/delete comments to add additional information to any field that doesn't necessarily answer that field. Things like "this will change later" or "checked with Sarah on this" are great examples of comments.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the implementation of attribute fields and determine how comments should be added, edited, and deleted; done means every attribute field supports those comment actions without forcing extra information into the field value.
