Language translator

Users should be able to list english words and their translated counterpart in their languages. (Or, word <-> english word <-> definition, with the latter two being optional -- so they can "translate" to a word or a definition, for concepts that don't translate).

We should provide this info in a list, as well as give users a Google Translate -esque tool that lets them translate english into their language (sans grammar rules).

Feedback:

>When it comes to languages, perhaps there should be an optional dictionary tab where one can input the translated words. And, like an English->[custom language] translator, individual word entries are automatically sorted alphabetically.

>Relating to Languages; (optionally?) allow adding entries to a language in Word-Definition pairs (or perhaps go even further, as Word-Pronunciation-Definition, etc.)

The issue does not identify files, tests, or an entry point. Clarify the language data model, translation workflow, and expected completion criteria before implementation can be scoped.
