Description
Expected behavior
In a multi-line text field, when I use my up/down arrow keys on my keyboard, I expect the cursor to move to the line above or below the current line.
Actual behavior
Up/Down arrow keys do not do anything.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Got to any multi-line text field with several lines of text, and attempt to navigate up/down with your arrow keys.
User Context
I'm building a campaign setting using notebook.ai, and I absolutely love it - except for this part. I'm a power-typer, and not being able to navigate with my arrow keys is killing me. This seems to not be an issue in the "Writing" interface, but is present in all worldbuilding multi-line text fields such as descriptions.
Reproduced in:
- Microsoft Edge Version 120.0.2210.61 (Official build) (64-bit)
- Google Chrome Version 120.0.6099.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the worldbuilding multi-line text fields described in the report, then compare their behavior with the Writing interface. Done means Up/Down arrow keys move the cursor between lines in those fields, including in the listed Chrome and Edge versions.
