### Expected behavior
Domain name should be easy to find/set either through environment variable or configuration file.

### Actual behavior
where to set the domain name is difficult to find, and so gets blocked as an untrusted domain

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
deploy the application as shown in the self hosted guide, attempt to reverse proxy your domain to it.

I am using the docker version, so any help getting it set up properly would be appreciated.
