Description
Paperclip is long since deprecated and we haven't made the full switch to ActiveStorage yet. Until we do, we should probably switch to [`kt-paperclip`](https://github.com/kreeti/kt-paperclip) to ensure we're still using a maintained fork for security updates, etc.
