Note: usually there is only one timer per state execution. If there are more than one, uses number suffix .

Temporal SDK doesn't seem to allowing setting a timerID.

Review the Temporal SDK timer API to determine whether a custom timerID is supported, then inspect iWF's timer creation path. Done means state execution IDs appear as timer IDs in Temporal history, with numeric suffixes when one state execution creates multiple timers.
