Getting started - Essentials section on homepage

I would like to propose to rework the Getting started paragraph on the homepage. I suggest to rename the current "Getting started" paragraph to "Exploring tutorials" and add a new "Getting started" (or alternatively "Essentials" paragraaph - with associated essentials tag?) along the following lines:
