Description

When a certain percentage of occurrence records are found in the marine realm, a popup should come up asking whether this is a marine species. If this is the case, it should not be possible to do climate matching as we don't have layers with climate zone data for the marine realm (in the future this may be possible but until then it's a no go)

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating where occurrence records are aggregated and where climate matching begins; clarify the percentage threshold, then verify that marine records trigger a prompt and prevent climate matching.
