API error :: "Can not create \"applyTo\" since the body parameter \"operation\" is missing"

Getting above error while updating the policy as well as putting data to IP groups as well.

Interesting thing is Apply TO section does not have any operations. I don't know how to define it.

Start by reproducing the error in the policy update and IP groups data flows, then inspect the API request generated for the Apply TO section and the missing operation parameter. Done means the affected requests no longer return IMP-10015 and the Apply TO operations are defined or clearly handled.
