Description
If 2 browser tabs are able to use this API at the same time, I'm concerned about the potential for cross-site tracking. Would it be possible to restrict usage to only 1 tab at a time?

Research direction
Start by evaluating the proposed restriction for the Lighting Estimation API when two browser tabs use it simultaneously. Define whether one-tab usage is technically and practically feasible, what behavior should occur for additional tabs, and how the change would address the stated cross-site tracking concern.
