Constant disconnections of computers on the dashboard.

Description
When I'm on the dashboard, my clients are constantly connecting and disconnecting. For example, sometimes when I refresh, a Bad Gateway error (502) appears on my screen.
We replaced the new database with one from our previous version (Version: 2021.08.26.1335). Could this be causing the issue? Any suggestions?
