**Describe the bug**
I am using CS keyboard layout and numlock writes +ěščřžýáíé insted of 1234567890, so it si very hard to write numbers and i am not able to write @ becouse right alt + V does not work and left alt + 64 is not posible to write without using numlock.
**To Reproduce**
1. Use CS keyboard layout
2. Try to write numbers via numlock

**Expected Behavior**
Write numbers via numlock and @ by right alt + V or left alt + 64
**Desktop:**
- OS: Windows 10 Home 22H2 build 19045.4651
- Browser: Vivaldi
- Version: 6.8.3381.53 (Stable channel) (64bit)
**Additional Context**
