Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Yes, I have a ultrawide monitor with 3440x1440 resolution and when I connect with a regular monitor from work (1920x1080) it's really hard to see anything because it's so squished in to for the smaller monitor.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
In RDP, you can select the resolution that you would like and then it would just add scroll bars (essentially my larger monitor is qty 2 1920x1080 monitors) so the height would be correct.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I've tried several other remote access options that have this ability, but I really like the simplicity of remotely.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the client/host display-resolution handling and determine how a requested remote resolution could be represented; done means a substantially different host and client resolution can use the selected dimensions with scrollbars, as described.
