Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I am wanting to spin this up on Oracle OCI always free tier. I have the Ampere A1 shape set up because it offers the most oomph for free. The docker image that is on docker hub is only for x86-64, so I am unable to pull and run the image.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like an arm64 version of the docker image that can be pulled from the hub like the regular version
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
setting up my own docker hub account and forking this to build my own image with blackjack and hookers.

Research direction
Start by locating the Docker image build and Docker Hub publishing entry points in the repository, then check how the .NET 8 Remotely image is built for different architectures. Done means an arm64 image can be pulled from Docker Hub and runs on the Oracle OCI Ampere A1 environment while the existing x86-64 image remains available.
