black screen when client pc redirect to third party application

Description
remote sharing is properly working.all is good,But sometimes if browser in remote dextop redirect to third party application, suddenly black screen appear to me. connection to remote dextop doesnt lost. But i cant access the content remote dextop pc when browser redirect to third party application.
