**Describe the bug**
After recent upgrade to Version: 2023.09.11.1010 I can't use terminal to send commands to my endpoints, tried on different endpoints and I always get "Error executing command" and "There was an error executing the command. 1. Go to Home
2. Click on Terminal
3. Choose Endpoint
4. See error

Research direction

Start at the Home > Terminal flow and the logged Remotely.Server.Hubs.CircuitConnection command-execution entry. Reproduce the issue with an upgraded Windows 10+ endpoint using the ipconfig example, then compare server and agent version 2023.09.11.1010 logs. Done means terminal commands execute successfully without the reported error.
