Research direction
Start at the Home > Terminal flow and the logged Remotely.Server.Hubs.CircuitConnection command-execution entry. Reproduce the issue with an upgraded Windows 10+ endpoint using the ipconfig example, then compare server and agent version 2023.09.11.1010 logs. Done means terminal commands execute successfully without the reported error.
