Cannot upload files / freeze connection

**Describe the bug**
when selecting to upload a file, I get the Transfer Complete window, but then the connection completely freeze
If I refresh, the message is gone

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'File Transfer '
2. Click on 'Upload File'
3. Choose File to upload
4. Connection Freeze

**Remotely Version**
Server (can be found on about page):2023.09.11.1010
Agent (can be found in device card):2023.09.11.1010

**Expected Behavior**
A folder needs to open with the uploaded files, and the session should not freeze / end

Start by reproducing the upload flow from File Transfer with the reported Server and Agent versions, Windows 2019, and Chrome 116. Trace the file-upload completion and connection/session handling paths; done means the uploaded files can be opened in a folder and the session remains responsive without requiring a refresh.
