Computers assigned to other groups appearing on wrong group (only logged in as Administrator)

Describe the bug
After upgrading to latest version, when you are logged in as administrator, if you select a specific Device group, not only the computers assigned to the group appear, but also computers assigned to other groups too.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to Remotely as administrator.
2. Select a Device Group.
3. Wait a few seconds.
4. Computers not assigned to the group appear.

Server: 2023.09.11.1010
Agent: 2023.09.11.1010

Expected Behavior
Selecting a specific group should only show the computers assigned to the group.

Additional Context
We are running Remotely in Docker. The issue arised after upgrading to 2023.09.11.1010 from 2023.07.20.1533.

Start by reproducing the administrator workflow: select a Device Group and compare the displayed computers with their assigned groups, including the None group. Trace the group-filtering path in the Remotely application and verify the result after the 2023.09.11.1010 upgrade; done means only computers assigned to the selected group are shown.
